| In this picture I have already made a mark
that's parallel to the stairway riser, at 8 1/2 inches. This is an inch
and a half shorter than the 10 inch stair tread, to allow for an inch
and a half stair ledger.
This is the top stringer layout, for the lower stair stringers. The top
of the stair stringer will be attaching to a stair ledger that will be
attached to a wall directly underneath the landing of the staircase we
are building.
